Before manufacturing, our engineering team conducts a technical review of your drawings (3D & 2D), evaluating material selection, geometry, and process feasibility. Upon request, we also provide material certifications.
A first article is produced and inspected to verify that the part fully meets design and tolerance requirements before mass production begins. Detailed inspection reports are shared with the client for confirmation.
Throughout the machining process, 3ERP follows ISO 9001:2015 standards and conducts regular inspections with precision measurement tools. This helps identify and correct deviations in real time, ensuring consistent part quality.
Every part undergoes a final inspection for dimensions, surface finish, and appearance. Full inspection reports and quality documentations (e.g., RoHS) are provided before safe packaging and shipping.

Our metrology capabilities
Our fully equipped in-house metrology department has access to a range of conventional tools such as calipers, micrometers,
and various gauges (height, pin, thread, etc.).
In addition to these tools, we also have a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and an optical comparator,
which enhance our capability to provide precise and accurate measurement reports (tolerance up to 0.01 mm /0.0004 in).
